  • We will only promise what we believe we have a high probability of achieving. To the extent possible we will work towards defined metrics and we will make clear if there are extrinsic events that can impact expected outcomes.

  • We will tell you the hard truths that others are afraid to speak, but that your investors, customers and stakeholders already understand.

  • If the relationship is not working, we will release you as long as the account is current. Life is too short to bind people who are not in synch with contracts.
